Returns and exchange details
If you wish to return the item please return it in original condition. We will be able to refund the item cost as soon as we receive the item back in original condition. Unfortunately we wont be able to refund the shipping charges. If you wish to return the item you have to pay for the return postage. Please note custom made items are non refundable. If you are getting something made as per your specification you wont be able to return it under any circumstance as we cannot resell that item as its nor made as per store selling standards. We are not able to refund shipping or pay for shipping refund in any case.
